1. These Terms And Conditions Govern Your Use Of Our Site

These Terms and Conditions also contain our Privacy Policy (our commitment to you concerning how we use information you provide to us). Your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use and by our Privacy Policy (collectively, our "Terms and Conditions"). Subject to the terms of our Legal Disclaimer, these Terms and Conditions govern our collection and use of personal information that we obtain from you through your use of our Site. The Contents of our Site and the Site as a whole are intended solely for your personal and non-profit use. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on our Site for such uses, provided that you do not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices contained on the materials. Life Church may provide the chat feature as a free service, open to the general public for the purpose of sharing and learning more about God's Word, ministering to the lost and for providing Christian fellowship. Please note, however, that Life Church cannot and does not monitor chat rooms or discussions, and we make no guarantee on your experience with our chat feature. While our goal is to create a discussion environment that is both safe and fun for Christian Internet users, we ask that you use our chat feature with wisdom and caution, and that you report any violations of these Terms and Conditions. You agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions while using our chat feature including, but not limited to, online chats and bulletin boards. In using our chat feature, you agree that you will not post or transmit messages (including but not limited to text, graphic, audio or video files or links to the same) in a disruptive manner, which includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Making threats against a person, group, or denomination;
Harassing, embarrassing, causing distress, unwanted attention or discomfort upon another user or users of our Site or other persons or entities;

In general, please be mindful that this is a Christian web site. Using the content or language described above undermines the goals of a Christian community, and is therefore not allowed. Please use your best judgment and be respectful of others.

12. Policies For Children (Individuals Under 13 Years Of Age)

We will not accept or request personal information from individuals we know to be under 13. However, we hereby advise all visitors to this Site under the age of 13 not to disclose or provide any personal information on this Web Site. In the event we discover that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to us, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 we will delete the child's personal information from our files.

Life Church shall be free to use, without restriction and without compensation to you, any ideas, concepts, know-how, suggestions, or techniques contained in any Comments you send to us for any purpose whatsoever.

Life Church does not endorse, and specifically disclaims responsibility or liability for any user comments. Life Church has no obligation to respond to any Comments, and we reserve the right, but undertake no duty, to review, edit, move, or delete, in our sole discretion and without notice, any material posted by users on online chats or bulletin boards which we may include on the Site. You agree that in submitting Comments to any online chats or bulletin boards which we may include on the Site, you will only submit Comments that are reasonably related to the subject matter of the online discussion.

Life Church respects intellectual property rights, and will terminate users and deny access to others who, in our discretion, repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that materials posted on our Site infringe rights you enjoy under copyright law in specific materials (collectively, a "Work"), we request that you follow the procedure described below to notify us of your concerns or objections. In turn, we agree to respond to your notice, as outlined below, and remove or disable access to material that you believe infringes your Work.

24. Choice Of Law And Jurisdiction

Unless otherwise specified, our Site and the Contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of sharing and learning more about God's Word, ministering to the lost and for Christian fellowship. Our Site is controlled and operated by Life Church from its location in Massachusetts. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the state or federal courts sitting in Massachusetts. By using this site you expressly consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state or federal courts sitting in Massachusetts.
