Calendar/Event Guidelines

Here are some guidelines for scheduling and announcing Life Church Events:

  • Updating the Life Church Calendar should be one of the early tasks on your checklist for any event you are planning!
  • Events should be added to the calendar before they are announced!
  • All events should be announced via the Connect List preferably before they are announced in church.
  • Here are some important events that should appear in the calendar:
    • Watch Night Fellowship
    • Married Couples Fellowship
    • Singles Ministry Events (in the works)
    • Young Adults Events
    • Leadership Team Meeting
    • Retreats
    • Open Houses & Fellowship Gatherings
    • Life Group Meetings
  • If you know of a Life Church event that doesn’t appear here please inform the person who is in charge of the event. He/she is responsible for getting it into the calendar by updating e-Life. Note – events that are announced via the Connect List will often (though obviously not always) be perceived as Life Church events.
