Calendar/Event Guidelines
Here are some guidelines for scheduling and announcing Life Church Events:
- Updating the Life Church Calendar should be one of the early tasks on your checklist for any event you are planning!
- Events should be added to the calendar before they are announced!
- All events should be announced via the Connect List preferably before they are announced in church.
- Here are some important events that should appear in the calendar:
- Watch Night Fellowship
- Married Couples Fellowship
- Singles Ministry Events (in the works)
- Young Adults Events
- Leadership Team Meeting
- Retreats
- Open Houses & Fellowship Gatherings
- Life Group Meetings
- If you know of a Life Church event that doesn’t appear here please inform the person who is in charge of the event. He/she is responsible for getting it into the calendar by updating e-Life. Note – events that are announced via the Connect List will often (though obviously not always) be perceived as Life Church events.
